Christina Traxler studied legal sciences at Johannes Kepler University Linz and has been an associate at LeitnerLaw Rechtsanwälte (formerly Kerschbaum Partner Rechtsanwälte) since 2015. Before joining the firm, she worked as an associate at Saxinger, Chalupsky & Partner Rechtsanwälte in Linz. She advises domestic and foreign companies, provides bespoke solutions with regard to labor law, and represents companies before courts and authorities. She also specializes in litigation, commercial law, and contract law. 

Christina Traxler was awarded the Federal Chamber of Labor’s Science Prize for her thesis entitled “The Insolvency Remuneration Guarantee Act in the Context of European Law”.
