Vedran Obradović is a lawyer and has been with LeitnerLaw Rechtsanwälte (formerly Kerschbaum Partner Rechtsanwälte) since 2018. Before joining the firm, he headed the office of the Austrian Takeover Commission for more than two years, worked for a renowned law firm in Vienna for several years, and was an assistant at the Institute of Civil and Company Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business as well as at the University of Graz.
His main focus is on company and group law as well as capital market and stock exchange law.
