Johannes Edthaler is an attorney and partner at LeitnerLaw Rechtsanwälte (formerly Kerschbaum Partner Rechtsanwälte). As an economist with a doctorate in law, he was previously an assistant at the Department of Financial and Business Criminal Law at the University of Innsbruck and subsequently also a junior attorney and attorney with a focus on advising SMEs as well as conducting cases.

He advises national and international active companies, providing solutions to meet his clients’ requirements with regard to labor law, company and group law, commercial and contract law and represents them in court and before the authorities. His other area of expertise is real estate law. He regularly speaks and publishes on his specialist fields and is Lecturer at the Johannes Kepler University Linz.
